1. How can I open a GBM franchise?
GBM is currently seeking highly qualified individuals to become franchisees. Business experience, financial qualifications, and track record are all important factors in our evaluation process. 2. How much money do I need to open a franchise?
GBM offers three different franchise models. Individuals for our 2,000 sq/ft model will need $150,000 in non barrowed personal resources.(liquid assets, e.g. cash, marketable securities, stocks, etc.) Our 4,000sq/ft model will need $250,000 in non barrowed personal resources. (liquid assets, e.g. cash, marketable securities, stocks, etc.) The third model 6,000sq/ft individuals will need $500,000 in non barrowed personal resources. (liquid assets, e.g. cash, marketable securities, stocks, etc.)
3.How much are the royalties and other fees?
Royalty and Continuing Service fees are 6% of gross sales.
4. Can I sell my jewelry designs at my GBM franchise?
NO, unfortunately you are unable to sell your personal jewelry at a GBM franchise. The purpose of our franchise is the give artists, hobbyists and designers the means to develop and sell their designs. We are providing the public with the means to develop designs, art work, and lines of jewelry.
5.How much can I make as a GBM franchisee?
We are restricted by the Federal Trade Commission and various state franchise sales regulations from providing you with specific profit projections. We recommend individuals speak with our other franchisees and do industry research.
6. How long does it take to open a store?
The average time to open a GBM store will be three months from the time the franchise fee is paid to the store opening date.
7. What kind of training can I expect?
GBM will provide all franchisees with a six week management, computer software, register and inventory training. We have a comprehensive program that will prepare franchisees for every step of owning and operating a GBM store.
8. How much non-perishable product will I receive?
Individual franchise units will receive merchandise based on store size and model. The negotiable merchandise range is from $100K to $400K according to model size.
9. Do I need to find a location for my franchise or will GBM help me?
GBM Franchise will help individuals find locations best suited for size of store, city and state. We will work with franchisees to find the best location for the unit.
